ISU beats Mo State 6-1 following a 12 K dominate performance by pitcher Dan Savas. He improved to 10-0 on the year with an ERA under 2. Wacky day of weather kinda screwed things up for viewing purposes, but pitching has definitely been the theme in the Tourney with 5 complete games thrown thus far.

SIU vs Wichita in the morning followed by Evansville vs Mo State.

Winners move on to play either INSU in the mid afternoon or ISU in the nightcap.

WSU eliminates SIU in a 15-0 run rule thumping, setting up a matchup later this afternoon against ISUb.

Evansville eliminates MSU 4-2, advancing to face ISUr tonight.



Both WSU and UE need to win this evening to force a do-or-die game tomorrow in their halves of the bracket.

Not gonna lie, this one stings quite a bit. Bears team just never really hit their stride. I think the bad weather had a lot to do with it. Never allowed the team to get into rhythm. Tough pill to swallow watching us circle the drain the last third of the season.
