The BU/DBU game was suspended due to storms and will be made up today. It pushes back a lot of game times, including one from Thursday to Friday.
MVC Baseball Championship Schedule Update
Play in Game 8 between No. 3 Dallas Baptist and No. 7 Bradley was halted in the bottom of the seventh inning due to severe weather.
Dallas Baptist was leading Bradley, 6-4, when play was stopped. Bradley has a base runner on third base with one out – and play will resume tomorrow – Thursday, May 22 – at 12:30 PM (ET). The loser of that DBU/BU game will turn around and play Missouri State 40 minutes after the completion of tonight’s halted game.
Thursday’s (May 22) 9:00 AM (ET) game between No. 4 Wichita State and No. 8 Southern Illinois will remain as scheduled at that time. The winner of that WSU/SIU game will play No. 5 Illinois State, tentatively slated for 5:30 PM (ET) on Thursday, May 22.
Also, Thursday’s originally scheduled 7:30 PM (ET) game (winner of tonight’s halted DBU/BU game) will be pushed back to Friday, May 23 – at 12:30 PM (ET).
Friday’s two “if necessary” games would then be played at 4:00 PM (ET) and 7:30 PM (ET).

Wichita eliminates SIU 2-1 in 12. 5 total hits and 19 LOB. The Shockers face ISUR in the nightcap, and need to beat them twice to advance to the title game.

DBU beats BU 6-5, and now Bradley and Missouri State battle in an elimination game.

Bears eliminate the Braves 7-2, and face DBU, needing to beat them twice to advance to the title game.

MSU won game one 5-3 in 10 innings, game 2 just began and DBU promptly jumps to a 7-0 lead in the first, MSU scores 2 in 2nd.

DBU vs ILS for the auto bid tomorrow night.
the rest will hope for NIT, CBI, CIT baseball bids.

looks like 2 bids, Indiana State and DBU, UE and ILS probably not going to make it.
