I just want all Bradley fans to know that this is NOT Jim Les' fault.

Bradley 67
Evansville 90
Final

This is largely Jim Les's fault. Gotta recruit talented players, and based on tonight's sample only, Bradley is lacking in that department.

In other news, officiating was bad, again. Two technicals and a flagrant in the first half, on three separate plays?

they called the flagrant foul on Bradley then a technical on Taylor. The player calledon the flagrant foul shot the free throws Looked like a make up call. Taylor was T'd up quickly right after the other foul call.
.

Ryan gets 21 garbage points, still scores 18 need point. At the half Ryan 25 Bradley 24.

New coach.

New or changed system.

Takes awhile, unless you bring your NBA caliber son with you

For the Bradley fans who commented that Colt cannot get his own shot or drive:

Note he is dribbling with his left hand.

Note the defender is on his heels.

Actually, it looks like the defender is on his way to a San Francisco bath house. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I just checked the stats to find out how many points Ryan ended up with. It was 39.

There was one disturbing stat I noticed. In a 23-point win in a game that wasn't any where near that close, Ryan got 38 minutes. I don't mind his minutes for running up the score or padding stats. My problem is that it's a long season and players wear down toward the end of the season.

This game was an opportunity to get some rest for Ryan. Maybe limit his minutes to something in the 20's. If Ryan runs out of gas late in the season, UE goes from pre-season top half of the league team to a Thursday night team.

Speaking of Thursday games, assuming BU and SIU lose on Thursday (and that seems a pretty safe assumption right now) the 1-8 and 2-7 games are likely to be a whole lot more competitive than they usually are.

And 38 minutes for Ryan is stupid and indefensible.
