WSU had the ball at that point.

Evansville wins 59-56, with nobody scoring even a single point in the final two and half minutes. Carl Hall misses a last-second three for the tie.

I don't know what in the hell happened at the end of that game, though. The game was ours for the taking, and nobody wanted to score a point.
