Louisiana Tech would make sense in the CUSA. Not sure what Idaho and San Jose St. would do.
The WAC has made moves, kinda...

Boise State for everything but football
Denver doesn't have football
Seattle doesn't have football
UT-Arlington doesn't have football
UT-San Antonio recently added football
Texas State

They don't appear to care about football at this point. Can't really blame them. As they are right now, Utah State and New Mexico State are quality basketball programs. Boise State isn't bad. Many feel Denver is moving in the right direction. I'm not sure what kind of potential the UT-schools have. But being in Texas, if they get some support, you'd think they could. But I'll believe it when I see it. I haven't looked into Texas State much, but I'd think they'd end up being the best of the Texas schools being added and could be decent in the long run.

But it's still not much to look at.
