I agree. Despite having a few freakish athletes, I really thought they would be better. They are basically just shooting contested jumpers. If Shockers can keep this game from being a track meet, I think they can pull it out second half.

This is what alabama does. They beat ur azz physically all game long and score just enough to win. I think it will be close thru the remainder but to say WSU should win this I don't know if I can agree with that.

I will say WSU is behind at half due to a couple lazy/stupid passes and missed free throws.

Hall is great to watch...junkyard dog.However, he reminds me of a more athletic Chuckie Johnson (sorry, have to go with my Creighton background) who was a wonderful rebounding machine 15 - 20 years ago but couldn't shoot from more than two feet from the bucket and was only about a 60% shooter on those.

WSU is good but they don't have a go to guy. That will hurt in big games.

Offense has been stagnant for awhile. Alabama d and press look tough.

Wichita has been chucking up 3s alot this half or throwing it away. They are playing hard. Agree with ljays comment about hall being a jyd. Warrior.
