Now on to San Diego St (yes I know we have a game before that against Campbell). I consider these games against the likes of UAB and San Diego St. to be even more important than say the Big 10 Legends Division tour as they were NCAA tourney teams last year. Creighton doesn't typically play well out in Cali, hopefully this year will be different. How's San Diego St. looking so far this year?

SDSU lost alot from last year but are playing well early. Beat a crappy USC team, lost to a very good Baylor team and just beat Long Beach State which beat Pitt on the road. SDSU will be a very tough test.

Granted, I think they might be Top 25. But it can get tougher than Creighton. It could be a team with more athletes than Creighton, who are just as skilled. Michigan State, Ohio State, those guys have more skill than Creighton or more skill but higher athleticism. Then what are you going to do? It ain’t gonna get no easier. We got to improve.”
