Congrats on the win. Jackie continues to show he is one of the many dominate bigs in the Valley and Moore is quietly pushing for FOY.

It wasn't really a hard fought game by Jackie. They were giving away free baskets in the post as they had no height or bulk to defend us. Moore looked really good, but a quiet guy you need to watch out for is Jon Ekey. He seems to be improving every game he plays and has been going at a much higher level than last year.

The nice thing about our team this year is that it seems we have a lot of different guys who can contribute and get high point totals. This should be an interesting valley season. Although we will have only been challenged two or three times in this non-conference, I think we should be a pretty competitive team when valley play rolls around. We will definitely not be a pushover this year.

Ekey makes that team go.

Not sold on Moore when he faces a defense focusing on him, but he's producing thus far.

I am a fan of Ekey. He's a very good PF. His solid contribution along with Carmicheal at the center and Wilkins on the wing/SG make for a formidable amount of size.

I got to catch this game and I must say I think that redbird front court is going to give teams like Indiana State, UE and BU fits. That type of Athleticism is extremely rare upfront, just wish the Redbirds would show this more consistently.
