Nebraska lost to Wake Forest. After watching the UNI-Iowa game, I think I've spotted a BCS team that Nebraska could beat.

It's pretty cool any time a coach gets kicked out of a game.

Iowa got 4 Technical fouls called on them. Their coach was escorted off the court by police. Fans are whining that they were screwed by the refs. Now they are crying and talking about not playing UNI anymore. Gotta love the Hawks.

In these non-conference games, the visiting team's conference usually assigns the officials. I'm guessing that was the case tonight.

Screwed by their own Big 10 officials.....I love it.

The officials were Bo Boroski, John Higgins, and Paul Janssen. Boroski looks like a lower-level ref, but Higgins and Janssen do plenty of MVC and BCS-conference games. That's actually a pretty good crew. McCaffrey must have really flown off the handle to get ejected.

I thought McCaffrey was classless even before he took over at Iowa. He has now coached in the McLeod center twice and has 3 technical fouls in those games. His teams have also lost by 17 and 20 points respectively. I would guarantee he would love to never come back to the McLeod again.

He really did fly off the handle. He was warned in the first half, and was all over the refs the entire game. He needed to be escorted by police off the court. He did not want to leave after getting kicked out. That was a crazy game. We shot 29-33 from the line while Iowa was 3-9. And we were 11-21 from 3pt while Iowa was 1-12. That will win you a lot of games.
