Bradley up 76-68 w/2 min left. This would be a good win for RPI purposes, Northeastern's is 105, Bradley's is 207.

A bottom level MVC team knocks off a mid tier CAA team. That is good for the MVC.

Way to go Braves. I didn't think you had it in ya, but am pleased to be wrong.

For most of the second half that was the best BU has played all year. Of course, when you finally make perimeter and three point shots its amazing how much better you look. Good win for BU against an athletic CAA team that is similar in style to Bradley.

Walt Lemon, Jr had the best game of his career. 24 pts, 5 ast, 7 stls, made free throws, hit two threes and made about 6 circus layups. Of course he also plays 100 miles an hour, makes bad turnovers and looks like somewhat controlled chaos when he has the ball. Taylor Brown continues to really play well, another double double.

Bradley made shots they have been missing and got actual production from the bench..that was the key really. Braves have finals week off and then go to George Washington and Drexel.

Northeastern, GW and Drexel? Did Bradley join the CAA and I missed it?

Fortunately for the MVC members, no, Bradley did not join the CAA. You will want those wins :)

BU played 5 Horizon League teams in one season a few years back. The President wants BU to have a "presence" on the East Coast--has some in the past. Decent amount of alums out there. She likes having the hoops team play out there once a year and in Chicago once a year.

Nice win for BU, sorely we needed. We should be 5-3, but we are what our record says we are.

It's gonna be that kind of year for the Braves - anemic-looking when we don't shoot well, and a team that looks capable of pulling a home upset when we do. We're getting a little better, starting to figure a few things out. When you're at as low of a point as this program was/is, that's all you ask for on your way back up.

Congrats on the win! The thing with Bradley is that they have four very good players...and then they gave full rides to nine other guys that once put up 30 points in an intramural high school game.

7-14 from 3pt land will certainly bump up the season average.

Drexel is a BB return game from a couple of years ago. I think they looked for an away game with a return game next year with a team near Philadelphia since they wer going to be out there after finals.
