Tennessee Tech is a favorite AT Evansville? That's really surprising considering Tennesseee's wins are against low D1 and D2 competition. I know Evansville doesn't have Jahr anymore but I'd think that they should still be the favorites, I would expect Evansville to win this game.

I thought Sheridan would have a -4 if Evansville was favorite
