Unsurprising that Keno hasn't gotten a regular broadcasting gig. Bland as John Rooney.

To my eyes, Drake is playing better ball than last year. Agree?

EDIT: Yay for Mike Sanzere.

Maybe a little better, but certainly not much. Considering they only lost 1 senior, fans were hoping they'd improve a lot more. The "young" excuse doesn't work anymore, even though Drake starts no seniors.

Really wanted Drake to win tonight, it can be tough to win in CHA though. Too many turnovers by the Bulldogs.

BTW, Drake was called for 18 fouls in the second half, my guess is there won't be conspiracy theories in Iowa City or a YouTube compilation of Drake fouls coming anytime soon, though.

And, if you believe Dolph Pulliam, every one of those 18 was a bad call.

After watching this game I thought it was all on the defensive end. If drake would have played some half way decent defense they couldve had this one.

I always believe Dolph.
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

extremely sad to see Rice & Clarke's efforts wasted. Phelps is a great recruiter, but clearly needs help with everything else.

I'm still baffled by everybody saying that Phelps is a great recruiter. He is the only coach at Drake who has had the opputunity to recruit after a very successful season. He landed a couple of good players in his fist two seasons. Rayvonte Rice committed in 2009. He hasn't signed anybody since who has had an offer from anyplace other than low level D1 schools.

Of course everybody agrees that he can't coach, no matter what talent he has on the team.
