I seriously think switching from Moser to Jank was a downgrade.

As somebody else pointed out, I don't think it's a valid comparison as the Valley was a much better league during Moser's tenure than during Jank's.

And Jank had the benefit of having Osiris and Dinma during those times as well. A definite advantage that Moser left him.

On the flip side of that...

Moser went 6-12 with those same players.

Odiakosa was terrible. His improvement came with the new staff.

The Osiris, Oguchi, and Odiakosa team of '09 was a really good team, and should have been a tournament team.

If they would have scheduled up a little bit, and actually picked up a few quality wins they could have made it.

Moser also had them when they were fresh to college basketball. Not the experienced core that Jank got. Maybe Dinma doesn't develop under Moser, but he was the type of player that was going to develop later anyway. We've seen the same with Ehimen here.
