Was I the only one not really impressed with K State. They made tons of mistakes and had scoring droughts that I think most valley teams would be able to take advantage of.

They also beat Alabama and Virginia Tech. While K-State may not be great, they aren't chopped liver either.

I watched this game before going to the Creighton game. I too was not impressed with K-State. If SIU could have hit a bucket, this could have been a competitive game. I was also dismayed by SIU's free throw shooting, it almost embarrassed me for pulling for them and I wasn't even at the game. The Salukis better learn how to shoot the ball or this is going to be a very long conference season.

Hide the women and children when it's SIU v CU. I have no idea when the last Valley team dropped 100 on another Valley team, but the Jays are going to hang 2 monster numbers against the Salukis this season.

Maybe the one saving grace is it will only be 2 and not 3 beatings.

Gotta find that silver lining.
