Week 1 is over, and it wasn't a good one for Chris, our mod... He was defeated 0-6-1 by Heath from Bluejay Banter in Omaha.

I survived with a 5-2 win over the team that was put together after the draft...

We're going on our 2nd year.

8 guys participate: 9 players per team (10 last year)
Each guy got to "keep" a player from their roster last year.
Draft order is determined by a MVC-MWC pick-em' contest.
We have a free agency wire.
Nathan Scheer was already dropped for Lewis Jones.

Regular season consists of a double round robin. (Games 1-14)
Single-elimination tournament follows. (Games 15-17)

Each game you choose a starting 5.
Each member of the starting 5 accumulates fantasy points.
(Points+Rebounds+Assists+Steals+Blocks-Turnovers)
We also track bench points for kicks.
The guy who benched Carl Hall for KBS was feeling pretty salty.

For Week 1:

BenchPOW - Hall

All but one of us is a BU or ISU student.
It's made the season a little more bearable.
