Seriously Drake can't afford to get into a halfcourt game with UNI, Madison and Rice need a repeat performance of the Indiana St game. Would help if Drake can play a little perimeter defense, can't count on the Panthers missing wide open 3 pt shots

This is a very important game for both teams. Neither can afford to start conference 1-3. Add the conference importance to the phantom "state title" bragging rights and this has the potential to be a very intense game.

Drake's 11 game home win streak is over.

Big win for the Panthers. Couldn't really hear that well as I was listening on a radio not coming in very well. AJ and Jake Koch both had great games 26 and 18 points respectively. After playing only 8 minutes in the first half James went off in the second. Rice for Drake ended with 27. We couldn't stop him from getting into the lane and having his way it sounded like.

It is a Panther State again!!

That was an impressive win for UNI. After the conference start I was doubting them, but they looked the part of a contender tonight.

The reports of our demise are somewhat premature. Looking more like the team from the first 11 games these last two. Nice win to get in a place where we have typically had some close battles. Rice is a beast when he is allowed to bull his way inside. Glad they didn't have anyone else step up and contibute. Nice balance from UNI and key contributions at important times from some bench players along with Jake and AJ asserting themselves.

Big chance to keep the momentum going in Omaha on Tuesday.
