Didn't ISU-R fan throw a hot dog on the floor and caused them to lose a game against ISUB a few years ago?
It was an ISU-B fan, and it was against Drake. And, it didn't cause them to lose the game, but it helped Drake make it a 2 possession game instead of a 1 possession game in the last minute or so of the game.
