No, the refs should have been blowing the whistles.
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

Holy Insecurities batman. Where is the UNI bashing? I thought everyone was bashing the refs for not calling anything. Maybe I need to re-read the thread.

Leave UNI alone!!!

Don't you know that they have to deal with barriers that none of the other MVC schools have to deal with?

LOL! I'm still waiting to hear back on what "barriers" they have that other schools don't. :D

I don't care what you say. To miss two blatant travels like this should be cause for any ref to lose his job.

Yeah. If it was a good official like Ed Hightower, Steve Welmer, Jim Burr, and so forth than I would think that you could let it slide. I remember that incident in the Big East with St John's and I think Rutgers last year. Those refs weren't fired. Or even those Sun Belt refs that let the team play with 6 players on the court at the end well they didn't get fired. But suspensions are probably in order and maybe a public reprimand or at least a note in their own personnel file.

Referees are not fired for subjective calls or misses as indicated by this video. The best way to prevent this from happening again is to .........................................

1. Hit another three.
2. Defend your opponent well enough to reduce their threes.
3. Make two more FTs.
4. Play better defense.
5. Play better offense.
6. See 1-5.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
