I don't put a lot of stock in it but currently ESPN's Jay Bilas has 3 MVC teams getting in (or in his top 68). He's got CU, WSU, and......MSU.

That is just his top 68. This does not include any of the auto bids from the small conferences.

That is is personal top 68, not a prediction or suggestion on who should dance.

More is usually better and that third team would obviously have a chance if they could beat WSU and CU.

I think it would be great for the Valley to have two at-large quality teams playing on CBS with a big crowd on Sunday afternoon. The cinderella story is always nice in March, but I think more people would be paying attention to St. Louis if it was the two best teams representing.

History might tend to agree. I think the MVC final garnering the most ticket sales and largest attendence was CU-SIU in 2007. Both were at large candidates and the loser of that game, SIU, still got a 4 seed.

Yeah, unfortunately, WSU could possibly be back in the bubble. Davidson is definitely a trap game.

Yeah if they lose that game......and some other things break wrong for them they could fall out. I don't think that happens but it's possible. Wouldn't that suck if we only ended up with one team in the big dance again?

I wonder if WSU hadn't lost to Drake if they would have gotten a better game?
