Figured I'd start the thread. Since 06' he has sat back as our conference has gotten abused and allowed us to get worse.

After the BracketBusters and relegating us in fine print to another 4 years of being a "mid-major" I've had enough.

I will personally try to start a "Fire Elgin" chant at the MVC tourney this year, who else is in?

per the bylaws

4.2.2 Authority of Council. The Presidents Council has specific final authority for the
following:

4.2.2.2 Appointment, renewal and termination of employment of the Commissioner,
including an annual evaluation of the Commissioner in executive sessions.

4.2.3 Voting Representation. The CEO of each member institution, including the Chair
of the Council, (or a delegate duly authorized by the institution's CEO) shall be entitled
to be present and vote at all Presidents Council meetings. When authority is delegated
by the institution's CEO to another institutional representative it shall be specified by
the CEO in writing and directed to the Commissioner.
