As much as I would love to have the Panthers in an "at-large" conversation, I have my doubts, even if they do win out until the MVCT. The committee never shows respect for our leagues and those similar to us. MVC gets 3 in (assuming WSU and Creighton keep it up) only if someone not from Witchita-Omaha wins Arch Madness. I would love if I were wrong and things shape up this year for us "mid-majors". The fact that Iowa State is being considered for an at-large gives me a glimmer of hope

Unfortunately, being in a BCS conference probably gives you a 5-6 spot bump up in the at-large ladder. The fact that Cal or Washington is in the at-large picture is a joke.

First time poster, but long time lurker just wanted to say that was quite the game. That was not the ending I was hoping for but that's MVC basketball.

UNI got hot late and played excellent defense, leaving Gibbs alone was great today since he just forgot to show up. The list of good but not great teams in the league this year is just crazy, 3-9 don't have great conference records but on any night can play well on knock Wichita State and Creighton off.

Congrats UNI but that loss hurts, oh well
