Being at the game, (behind and above the basket) it looked like it was rolling on the rim...if it was off, it wasn't by much.
My feeling at the game was had he wait a split second longer, it wouldn't have been goaltending...but in the scrum he went a bit too aggressively at it.
On TV you could see that it was definitely off of the rim; it was not goaltending.
