If UE can finish 3-1, they have a great chance for the 3 seed. Again, I think 3-6 makes no difference at all except do you want to play the 1 or 2 seed.

Bradley, SIU, Drake and Indiana St to me are the front runners for Thursday

If the Shox put together 85% of the game they played against UNI, they win handily in Omaha.

The rest of the league is starting to shape up more and more like the pre-season picks with a couple of exceptions.

Drake is looking like the final entry into Thursday night. The loss of Simons pretty much took care of that.

With UNI getting the season sweep over Drake, and Drake's injury woes, it now seems very likely that our Thursday lineup will be:
#7 Drake v. #10 Bradley
#8. SIU v. #9. Indiana St

SIU and InSU can easily switch spots with a H2H game Saturday, but that just means they switch jersey colors and locker rooms at ScottTrade.

They might win but hardly any team wins handily in Omaha. Only 10 teams have won there since 2007 not saying it cant be done but I would be surprised if you won handily (by more than 10 points). Creighton is unlikely to shoot so poorly three straight games but if they do maybe WSU will win "handily".

Here's to a good game on Saturday.

As a Shocker fan I'll gladly take a one point win. Sure it would be nice to blow the Jays out, but they are a very good team with their backs to the wall, playing at home. The Shocks will probably have to play as well as they played tonight or against UNLV. It has the makings of an epic game. I'm really looking forward to the game.

Regardless of what is going on with both teams right now, CU still is the favorite on saturday no question.

I fully expect WSU to come in and put a beat down on the Jays.

No way the Jays keep it close....I fully expect to see the crowd leaving at half and we all get lost in the snow piles. 8-)
