Trees at Bears, Wednesday 2/22/12

Bears need to find a way to protect home court considering who ISUr and UE play. Bears can wrap up the 3 seed with a win and losses by the aforementioned.

Was it the Tree who just hit 12 out of 12 from long range? Hopefully we don't see a repeat of that come Wednesday.

We need the 3 seed in a bad way...Keeps us on the opposite side of the bracket from ISUr and WSU until the Championship Game if need be.

I just don't think this team has what it takes to win 3 games in 3 days but it wouldn't hurt to start the magic run this week

Side note: Weems will tie Kevin Ault for most games played in a Bears uniform, which he will break against UE on Saturday. He is also 10 points behind Curtis Perry for 2nd on the MSU all-time scoring list. Hopefully he gets to pass him at home.

And we've played horrible at home at times this year. So I think we'll win but certainly not overly confident. To me winning these last 2 games mean the difference between a fairly successful first season for Lusk or a disappointment.

his is not going to be suspended, both he and Lansing issued public apologies. From what I heard the reason he did it was because some idiotic BU students were saying things about his mother, who is very ill. It's not right what he did, but the Butler students are about as ignorant as they come.

he flipped the bird to the Butler Dawgpound and it was caught on camera and a photo posted online of him doing it.
