In the PG comparisons as well, let's not forget that Demetric was also getting about half the time Clevin got. It's honestly not feasible to compare the two until the season is underway with Demetric getting 30 minutes a game instead of 15

I voted for the Shocks but I'm not completely convinced that either MSU, CU or UNI won't sneak up and win the thing in the end.

Actually I think it will be UNI in the end that will sneak up and do. Jake is the man that every MVC team would love to have as their coach and will quickly reload and dominate once again.

Wrong on a multitude of levels.

No chance, no how.

Love Jake all you want, he'll never win at the next level, and may not even get a shot. If he didn't after this last year, it will become less likely from here on out.

This thread is about this level, not the next. (Not that I agree at all with your assumption that he will never win at the next level.)

Why do we even care what a coach will do at the next level? If they move on, they are gone.
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

I don't think anyone has a UNI complex. Maybe some Drake fans, but nobody else.

I think Jake is a great coach but if i was a prospective recruit unless i really pride myself in knock out drag-out defense i am gonna look else where. I think i would go to a name and the biggest basketball name is martin which is prolly why he was named the best recruiter in the valley.
