Not a great start and other than the Aces win over Butler I'm not sure what win the MVC can hang it's hat on as a good win in the eyes of the pundits.

SLU is nowhere near being a big game this year. They are pathetic without Reed and Mitchell

They're scrappy, though. Majerus is still a good coach. Don't overlook them.

That said, I agree that it won't be a signature win.
