MSU goes on an 8-0 run to take the lead by 7 with 12 to play.

I'm certainly not complaining about a 3-0 night, but how bad is the Valley if people are saying it's a "nice night" when the 3 home wins were over teams with a combined record of 7-25?

Bears win by 10. Ugly win. Bears really didn't play very well. 10 of 24 from the line. Alize did have a good game with another double double. 20 points and 16 boards.

Taylor was also 6-10 from behind the arc. Good to see him take the next step and play up to his potential. He's only a sophomore and should have many more performances like this. Aces were playing without 2 starters and it started to show midway through the 2nd half but they did enough to pull away late.

RPI is starting to take shape. And our conference RPI took a hit after going 3-0, dropping to 11th.
The MVC is closer to 15th (.0103 and where the WAC currently sits) than they are to 9th (.0123 and where the MWC sits) in the ratings.

Hardly special, would you have preferred that they lost all three?
