I think Illinois State has a case to be ranked higher currently, but I understand the reasons for WSU's extra votes.

Wichita State debuts in the AP Poll at #25 this week, marking the 6th straight season the Shockers have been ranked in the Top 25 by AP voters. An impressive accomplishment and I hope we can continue to climb.

As much as other Redbird fans I talk to disagree, they are just wrong...it is better for us that Wichita State keeps winning. The better they do, the better that win looks, and that's our best win. Winning the league regular season as co-champs or by yourself doesn't mean a difference in the committees eyes.

Congrats to Shockers! My "Eye Test" has seen that for a few weeks now! Glad to see the national recognition.
