How to improve the MVC?

Whoever the MVC adds via realignment will not enhance the profile of league. The league needs to set rules to enhance the conference and make the schools sign a contract to abide by them or they would be able to be replaced by a school who would abide by them. Let's start with absolutely no games verses DII teams. Also, you are not allowed to schedule games versus any team that is currently 175+ in the RPI. I get that the team may be higher than 175 the next season but that happens. Or, maybe you cannot schedule someone who has averaged 175+ over the previous three seasons. Also, you must play at least two P5 schools even if that means both are buy games. It sucks not to get home and homes but you have to do what you have a to do until you get there. To a lot of lower tier schools they find playing MVC teams a challenge and good for their RPI and I hate not helping out the little guy because that's what we want the P5's to do for us but we are also a little-ish guy and we need to take care of ourselves first. Doing these things will not only enhance the conference profile but bring in better recruits and maybe one day we will be as strong as the Big East. I get some of these things will take at least three seasons to completely be implemented since schools already have contracts to play certain schools but it will get there. The conference needs to demands these things. If a school doesn't agree to these stipulations then don't let the door hit you... We have to enhance the conference from within by making our product better and the only way to do that is to learn how to be the best. You can't be the best if you don't play the best, or at least a lot better. The committee will look fondly upon a team with no games verses 175+ teams. Strength of schedule will be through the roof. Once the schools learn how to successfully navigate these schedules the MVC will be a three bid league. What do you guys think and what are some of your ideas?
