For Drake, highest attendance in Knapp Center is around 7150. At Vet's Auditorium, had 12,000 several times.

I was able to go back and find it. Since the renovations in 2010, the highest-attended game was March 1st, 2014 at home against Illinois State. This is about 50 more than the next-best game, 8,284 against Wichita State in the 2015-16 season.

I believe that both of those games were considered sellouts.
Don't know about other schools but I know SIU counts tickets sold vs. butts in seats. That may have an effect of the attendance numbers. Lots of season ticket holder seats don't get used for every game.
