St Louis believes they're among peer institutions in the A-10. They're private Catholic, and share the conference with a bunch of other private Catholics. They feel at home. Non-starter.

I think one scenario mentioned above is the staggered adds. It may only be Valpo for next year, and Murray St the year after, if there's something going on with the logistics.

Loos retired at the end of the season. He was diagnosed with cancer not too long ago.

I thought you might get a kick out of that.

On a personal note, Dave Loos is a true gentleman of the game and his time at Peay is a testament to the quality of individual coming from the MVC.

This league dropped the ball having Loyola join in the first place. Name any mid-major school in a major market to have a successful basketball program not named St. Joe's?

Chicago State has been kicked out of the Summit League once. They're not going to bring them back. That's a major reason their in the WAC in the first place.
