Belmont doesn't want to spend money. They fully fund men's basketball, but they rely upon giving partial scholarships to private high school athletes for the rest of their sports. I really don't think they have the ability (or desire) to fully fund their other sports, let alone subsidize travel.

Elgin wouldn't be that straightforward if further expansion wasnt a strong possibility. Everyone back on the speculation bus!

Begging? I think the MVC is downright idiotic for not adding NDSU. but that's ok, keep your small time bus league. Outside of UNI's Big Dance wins. NDSU's win vs Oklahoma in big dance and 3 trips in 7 years is just as impressive as anyone else in the MVC.

What's your point? Inferior league, inferior teams in the Summit (#17 in RPI and the highest individual RPI team was #111).

Many teams in the MVC can easily win your league.

At this point, you're spending far too much time on a website that has nothing to do with your team. And, we are still a far greater conference than the Summit.
