ISU is actually making Teddy take summer classes before they "give" him his degree.
Cdizzle never lets the facts stop him!

95% .. not 100% which is what your statement is implying. It's also pretty much equal to the other 2 state colleges in Kansas.

I....he is about the ulitmate proof that academics for athletics is a joke many places.

He was a non-qualifier out of high school due to grades.
He couldn't get another year at Illinois State because he was unable to graduate on time, and Illinois State was unable to keep him on track to graduate on time. 100% Academics related. It's following the APR guidelines. Basically, he wasn't a good enough student.

He will "graduate" less than a month before apparently now being a graduate level student at Boston College - where he will never finish his MA degree because chances are he won't go to a single class after December.

"ISU is going to give him a degree. Quit being a meanie and lying by saying that ISU is going to give him a degree!!!"

It's hard to keep up with the logic of some of these ISU fans.

Hawkins is a typical college basketball athlete. All of these "one and dones", does anyone honestly think they care about classes??

Hawkins just happens to be in the same mold as them, just not nearly as talented.

PS - 95% is just about every single applicant except the very bottom. You are arguing semantics on the final 5% who probably graduated at the very bottom of their high school class and/or got like a 10 on the ACT.
