MSU to play Kansas State in special exception fund raiser exhibition on 10/21 in Manhattan; also MU to play KU the following day in similar event at Sprint Center. Would have been real nice if they had combined the events, but still a win/win. Money raised for hurricane relief and Bears get another exhibition game vs good comp. Doubt AJ will play as he is nursing a MCL sprain, but gives a chance to see how guys like Scurry match up. Ironic we couldn't get a game like this for the season, but did for a exhibition.

Those games should be fun. I'm surprised neither reached out to WSU. Would have been a huge draw plus they would get a crack at a Top 10 team that's missing Shamet and Mcduffie.

I wonder if K-State fans will be as salty about this as KU fans are about their game.

How long are Shamet and Mcduffie out? That's quite a blow if they are out more than a few weeks.

Sure wish Alize was available for the K state game. Would have been fun to watch him play against a quality opponent like that.

Shamet is out until beginning to mid November. Mcduffie is until mid December.
