Shox handle Nicholls State

WSU's JT Durley notched his 1,000th career point as he scored the first 8 points of the game for the Shockers. The Colonels didn't score their first field goal until after the first TV timeout. Another game, another new starting lineup with senior Gabe Blair replacing junior Garrett Stutz for the smaller opponent.
Four Shockers in double figures and Nicholls State got waxed on the boards.

This is the Nicholls State team who has wins over LSU and Tulane thus far.

Final score: 68-50.

A couple more gamenotes:

Aaron Ellis nearly had a double-double.

Nicholls State was #24 in the RPI.
