I love watching the Illinois train wreck. Only thing better to watch for me would be watch the AAC get pilfered and Wichita State being in the same situation as they were in the MVC.

I am going to defend Lovie just a little bit. Illinois is one of the youngest teams in the country. I mean 4 freshmen starting on the O Line. I am not willing to call it a dumpster fire just yet. They seem to be improving, but are still pretty bad.

I guess I'm not getting through to posters who are making picks--the SIU Salukis have THREE starters out for this game: 6-8 Thik Bol, 6-5 Armon Fletcher and 6-5 starting PG Marcus Bartley. Bol is out another 5 weeks recovering from a meniscus tear, Bartley has a broken bone in his hand and Fletcher dislocated his knee in practice two days ago--Fletcher is game time whether he plays but I doubt he gets to. We're down to 8 players for this game--
