Drake beats Omaha 93-74. Two big-10 teams next. Good freshman play and Timmer with 27.

yeah, we're just not a good team, at all. We were down 9 points to Indianapolis yesterday before rallying to get a big win over a well coached D-II team.

10 games into the season you'd think we'd at least be playing well enough to beat a D-II team handily. But not at ISU.

We started out the year with so much promise with the big win over Indiana at Indiana. Then it seems the players have just taken the attitude of, "hey, we got our one big win for the year, we can slack off the rest of the season because we beat IU"

We're stuck with Lansing as our coach for 3 more years after this year, ISU can't afford to buy him out, so we'll continue to be a 9th-10th place MVC team for 3-4 more years.

Book us for Wednesday in St Louis this season, we're not even good enough to play on Thursday at this point.

Why am I watching critical possession after critical possession where ORU gives Alize space in the corner and yet the ball never touches him the whole possession?

Lusk. That’s why.

At least he’s on the court today. Lusk has been known to literally forget he’s on the team and not play him at all

Guess an NBA player and 10 upper classmen wasn’t enough for Paul Lusk to overcome a 1-win team starting 4 sophomores and a freshman coming off a 68-60 loss to Southern Nazarene Friday.

If you would have told me the Bears shot 46% from the field against Oral Roberts (KenPom #271) I'd have predicted a 10+ point win. Oral Roberts shot 53% from the field, including 45% from the 3.

I'm starting to think the Valley is a little overrated this year. I think most of the teams have benefited from fairly easy schedules. Loyola and UNI are probably the only two schools at this point that are actually capable of winning an NCAA tournament game.
