The Bears take down Loyola. Pretty good game. Neither team played particularly well. Alize and Scurry were the difference for us.

Loyolas freshman post player Krutwig is a stud. Not overly athletic but he has great hands, nice post moves, and good court vision and passing ability.

We're just a very, very bad team once again. Don't expect us to win more than 2 games in MVC play.

Still just baffled how we thoroughly dominated IU at IU in the first game this season???

You will definitely get a win at home against my Aces.

Bradley falls 82-59

Still no wins of consequence and their two toughest games (Ole Miss and San Diego St) were not close.

I was ready to write-off San Diego State as an outlier, but after watching the Ole Miss game, Bradley's smothering, help defense simply falls apart against athletic teams. Those teams are bigger, faster, and stronger and can take advantage of Bradley's lack of athleticism without much difficulty. It doesn't help when the offense stalls out too. That being said, the Valley as a whole doesn't have the top-down athleticism found in the SEC or top teams from the MWC, so I think Bradley can and will compete for a top 5 spot in the league.

Good game going on between Evansville and ISUr. I have to say Blake Simmons looks much improved. I n the last I'm not sure he was deserving of the playing time he got. But he looks good this year.

Big win by the Birds. Taylor and Gibson made such a big difference for UE coming back from injury.

Good job Birds, I made some $$$ on that one. Was surprised ISUr was only a 1.5 pt favorite and was even more surprised when the money was being piled in Evansville. I think that was one of those W/L based low-research plays for a lot of people.
