Fun game.

As a Redbird fan, I'm happy to see Bradley relevant again. Makes the two games each year and Arch Madness a lot more fun.

Aces beat N. Iowa 57-49. Panthers are a bad team. Aces with 2 starters, and 4 players unavailable. Now tied for 6th in the Valley, and 2 games out of 2nd. Don't worry about them though. The line up they put on the floor tonight won't win a road game, or beat a good team at home.

Gutsy performance by my Aces.We are minus 2 starters, and 2 reserves.
We only have 1 point guard, with Smith out at least 2 weeks and maybe 4.
Its going to be a loooooong month leading up to Arch Madness

Braves take down Custer. Does that make Peoria Little Bighorn? :D

My guess is that in the back of his mind he was still thinking of his last shot he took that was blocked, and he did not want it to happen in that situation. This kid is going to be real good!! That was a fun game to watch.

After watching the replay, Childs was right there and would have had a very decent chance to block the shot. And to be fair to Krutwig, Custer was absolutely wide open, he just didn't realize how little time there was.

Was sitting on that side a little above and definitely thought it was getting blocked. It was funny watching Custer scream “BALL!” so much as Loyola was down 11. He wants to win more than anyone on the court.

I agree that I think he made the right pass other then the fact they all lost track of the time on the clock. He was off balance in the lane with 2 Bradley players right there. If there is an extra 1-2 seconds on the clock, that was the pass to make as it was a wide open three for the win.
