They were betting on Lusk to make it to the NCAA tournament, and some P5 school having to pay the school out more money to buy his contract when he moved on... They bet wrong, and Missouri State was left holding the bag.

By the Bears? We'd be in the exact same spot. Barry wasn't trending up when he was let go...

The Bears AD situation correlates very well with the previous AD at the University of Illinois. Their sports programs across the board saw a major decline with bad hires, bad decisions, etc. With the new AD, it's taking time over there to get out of the hole that was created.

I think the Bears need to do the same. Remove Lusk and remove Moats in order to start fresh.
