Keyshawn Evans not considered a top 15 MVC player is crazy to me. I posted this over on Redbirdfan but he is:
5th in scoring
8th in assists
4th in 3pt %
2nd in made 3pts
5th in assists to TO
12th in min.

Koch, Scott, Barnes, Pippen and Brown all being over Evans blows my mind. I get one or two but all four!?

Completely agree....looks like the Valley really got it wrong with Keyshawn Evans not being in the top 15.

I watched almost every single MVC game on ESPN3 and think there's some serious bias going on here.

E-mail the commissioner to put on a fourth, fifth an sixth team---heck let's just give everyone a participation trophy

Just means that there are a lot of good players in the conference this year. Even without the Shocker the conf RPI was 8th. The bottom of the MVC is light years ahead of last year.

Not at all what he is saying.

Evans is more deserving than some of the guys who were honored.

The problem with Evans is that ISU was basically a 3 man team this year. It's hard to put 3 members from the same team on an all conference team when the team finishes 3rd in the league. Good chance he makes it if the Redbirds had won the league.

Well said. And hell they actually tied for 4th and Evans missed 3 games. I wouldn't of been up in arms if he made the 3rd team. I mean we are talking about 3rd team here, but I think an argument can be made for the guys ahead of him on that 3rd team. Everyone moaned about D.Miller not making one of the teams last year too. Just the nature of the beast. I thought they got it mostly spot on though.
