Just confirms how shitty the Drake job is. Two decent years in 40 and both coaches bolt.

I am not sure what his contract was at Drake, but if proven to be true, Drake will stand to receive a pretty healthy buyout from Colorado State.

One .500 season at Drake is all it took for him to get an offer? Admittedly, it was impressive considering what he walked into, but still...wtf. He's clearly just about climbing the ladder. Expect him to jump ship from CSU once anything remotely better comes around.

What does Drake do now? Give an offer to Ryan Odom at UMBC?

Well, at least my brain won't have to deal with the confusion of not watching Drake on Thursday night in St. Louis again next year. Now I need Bradley to get back to business as usual.

With Porter & Barry finishing 1-2 this season, maybe recycling failed MVC coaches is the path to success.

Marty Simmons and Paul Lusk should make this point to Drake's AD ASAP.
