Purple Panthers had no problem with the Purple Aces today in the McLeod Center.

UNI Led by 12 at the first timeout. Bowen Born had 22 points at the half and finished with 5 triples.
UNI wins 72-55.

Still too much inconsistency from UNI today. Played 32 good minutes. Gotta get to 40.

Evansville plays noticeably harder under Ragland, there just isn't much talent there. Hopefully the Aces are in a different place 3 years from now.

That was a defensive clinic by Bradley. Impressive as hell. MSU looked panicked on every possession. Reink Mast is a monster. Good balance and unselfishness by the Braves. Really good win.

Thanks for clearing that up. And thanks for the laugh.

As someone on the Bears board said, Ford would be a Great coach if he new anything about offense or defense. Bradley's defense looked amazing because all Ford does is 1 on 1.

Both things can be true. A Ford offense is bad but the Bradley defense is also very good.

You could think if you can hold your opponent to 58, you’re going to win. Instead, the Bears got blasted. Bradley’s D is incredible but on the other end of things the Bears lack an offensive system with a darn. They did miss a lot around the rim and in the paint, and free throws continue to be an issue.

Someone must have put a quarter in the Redbirds today. Their offense was humming.
