Bears just had a late roster move as Dalen Ridgnal enters the portal as a grad transfer with immediate eligibility. I think he just graduated so it allows him not to have to sit as second time transfer. Feel a bit sad for him , he got caught in the #'s at MSU;he had a stretch last year where he started and was able to rebound and knock down some treys , but was a bit of a tweener at 6'7. This year on the frontline he would have been behind Clay/Edwards/ Bensen and probably also being pushed by 6'8 frosh Tyler Bey. He's a dog , plays hard, but also can have a few antics; could help a mid major team on the frontline.

Not sure if Ford will seek to fill the opening for this fall or not as we were at 13; we do have 2 walkons.

I think there are a few valley schools that could use Ridgnal for one year.

Austin Phyfe officially announced his medical retirement. He'll stay around in a graduate assistant role for the next two years.

This isn't unexpected but still just absolutely sucks for the young man. Good news is that he's healthy and doing well.

I hate that for him. He has really been on an obstacle course. He seems like a really solid citizen too.

What is he? 7 foot; 250? I'd say so.
