Surprised UIC would schedule the UNI game for Super Bowl Sunday.

UIC doesn't make the schedule, to be fair. ESPN always has looked for/tried to force counter-programing on Super Bowl Sunday. Pushing back sometimes worked in the past, sometimes not.

This is the 4th straight year UNI has played a road game on Super Bowl Sunday. I'm sure it's just coincidence but it's kind of funny.

Thanks for that. MVC doesn't even have that on their website.

UIC/Illinois St is on Marquee as well, so 2 games will be on linear tv tonight.
