ILST-UNI Wednesday night should be fun. Johnny Kinziger vs Bowen Born. Battle of two of the best freshmen point guards in the league.

SIU could really use a 2-win week after knocking off Indiana State last weekend. Two wins this week would go a long way to getting into a Top 4 seed in St. Louis.

Illinois State could use another 2-win week.

I'm nervous as hell about tonight. UNI has won 10 straight in the series and eventually the law of averages catches up. Both teams are playing good basketball right now so it should be a good one.

Foster's physicality has really been bothering teams the last 2.5 games. He bodied Avila at INST and took it to Evansville as well. As long as he stays aggressive and the Birds can hit some three's it should be a good one. This has been a different team since halftime of the SIU game. You talk about the law of averages....Birds hit 13 threes in their last game. A few weeks ago, it would have taken them 8+ games to hit that many.
