Sycamores have an excellent Sunday at Northern Iowa and come from behind to win the MVC Outdoor Track and Field Title. This completes the triple crown (XC, Indoor and Outdoor) titles, believed to be the first time this has happened in MVC history (I will have to double check this).

Congratulations to the Sycamores on the most successful season(s) in school history/conference history. BOOM! What you know about the Sycamores owning the MVC in running sports!

Cool accomplishment for ISU.

Was some great competition at the meet this weekend, as only a few points separated the top 3-4 teams. Glad to see some good weather on Sunday at least, after some horrid conditions on Saturday.

I was at the meet all weekend too, what an incredible finish is all I can say. Unreal.
