This Friday and Saturday the NCAA indoor track and field championships take place at Arkansas. The MVC has had at least one NCAA champion for 8 straight NCAA meets (indoor/outdoor combined), and has had an NCAA champion crowned in 10 of the past 12 NCAA meets (again, indoor/outdoor combined).

The following MVC men have qualified for the meet:

men's 60 meter hurdles - Greggmar Swift - Indiana State

men's weight throw - Brandon Pounds - Indiana State, Bradley Sauer - Southern Illinois, Isaac Twombly - Drake

men's Heptathlon - Ethan Miller - Northern Iowa, Austin Bahner - Wichita State

INS's Brandon Pounds finishes 7th in the men's weight throw, earning all american honors.

Bradley Sauer - Southern Illinois was 13th, Isaac Twombly - Drake was 14th

in the Heptathlon, Miller from UNI was 13th, Bahner from WSU was 16th

Sycamore Greggmar Swift finishes 4th in the 60 meter hurdles and earns 5 points for ISU
