Indiana State lost to Indiana 6-3 on Wednesday afternoon. They also play host to Western Illinois tonight in a 3 team tournament hosted by Indiana State. Indiana State is currently at 5-6 entering this weekend.

Indiana State defeats Western Illinois with a 7-3 score. ISU improves to 6-6 on the season.

Sam Johns will require Tommy John surgery and has made his final appearance
Zach Taylor should be out for another 1-3 weeks after taking that line drive against Memphis.

Cody Fick has been turned into a pitcher recently and has done very well. Fick has started two games, and has allowed no earned runs in 14 innings. Fick is also leading the team in RBI.
