Thanks for the new info. This is all still good, gives Bears and Shocks opportunity to move up the ladder too with the road swing coming up against Creighton and Drake. If either MSU or WSU were to manage to win both of those matches, it would give them a nice boost in any ranking. I think Shocks and Bears would be doing great to win 2 or 3 out of the 4 road matches against: Jays, Bulldogs, Aces and Redbirds. A road loss against any of these teams right now will not put a huge hit on the RPI. The mantra: Conference is very tough this year.

UNI keeps creeping up in the AVCA rankings, and maintaining their high rankings in Pablo and a really high RPI (though I'm sure the RPI will drop to at least the teens, even if they win out), keeps my glimmer of hope of UNI perhaps getting a shot at hosting the first weekend of the NCAA tourney.

However, I'm not going to hold my breath on that, given that they are stuck in the same geographical region as Nebraska, Iowa State, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Plus, of course, there is still alot of tough conference play to get through between now and then (including the always-tough road trip to middle Kansas and southwest Missouri)
